Maximum of 12 guests in total permitted at the property for the duration of your stay.
No Smoking inside the property.
NO OUTSIDE FIRES to be lit unless in the fire pit. You must bring your own wood, this can be purchased from the supermarkets and service stations in Mansfield.
No motorbikes to be used on the property at any time.
