Functional and Great Beds

We were visiting family over Christmas holiday, so I was familiar with the area. The neighborhood vibe (VERY QUIET) might be different when WIU is in session. It was obvious that we were one of the first guests to the property (there were some snafus which I'm certain will be immediately remedied). This is not a luxury place, nor does it pretend to be, but it was very functional for what we needed (clean, space, and good beds). The owner responded very quickly to my messages (even on Christmas Eve). Finally, what we really liked were the amazing foam beds and convenient laundry baskets in each bedroom. What needs improvement are the thin shower towels and the broken tile on the kitchen floor.
