Two things: pick up at train station as promised was late, so I had already given up and turned my phone data on (costs $) to find my way to the hotel when suddenly he showed up. If there’s one thing to do at the outset, is ge the pickup right. Not the best foot forward.
Also, the spa seemed confused a flustered when I walked in without a reservation just to have a sauna and hot bath on my own as a Day Pass. The spa seemed empty, and no English spoken, which is a little surprising since the package pamphlet was bilingual. Anyway, I tried to communicate but gave up as not worth the confusion.
The dinner the second night was a bit of a challenge as the restaurant was full and after 20 minutes had to ask for someone to take my order.
The food itself was excellent.
