Dissapointing welcome

After a long journey we arrived at 4am at the hotel, but instead of welcoming us the receptionist told us we should not have been able to make a reservation because the hotel was fully booked (we booked the night before). Than he said there was one room available with two single beds instead of the double from the description. The hotel itself is worn and the beds are not very comfortable. The next day they did accomodate me though when I asked for a chair in the room. But all in all would not recommend.

Hotel sem manutenção adequada, precisando ser reformado urgentemente, valores cobrados caros pelo que oferece, fiquei no ultimo andar e somente um elevador estava funcionando para atender a lotação do mesmo. Café da manhã péssimo sem variedade, sem opções e sem capacidade de suportar todos os hospedes, principalmente porque os valores de diárias não foram baratos... devia ter lido as avaliações antes de ficar nele!!

O hotel tem ums recepção muito bonita e os recepcionistas bem educados, a piscina é de frente para praia, o café da manhã é bem completo e eles sempre estavam repondo o que ia acabando nota 10.Agora quanto a limpeza do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, as camas são um pouco desconfortaveis.

Foi péssima condições do hotel em decadências com cupins no guarda roupa sujo ,cheguei quarta sai domingo não limparam nem um dia e nem trocaram toalhas café da manhã razoável porém quase tudo frio as crianças passaram mal depois do primeiro café da manhã e demorou 2 dias pra melhorar,pedi cobertor disseram que n tinha a mais só um por hóspede viajo muito mais foi uma das piores experiências que tive ,pretendo voltar a Maceió mais nunca mais me hospedo nesse lugar precisa de reforma urgente e de conforto aos hóspedes porque barato não é mais a falta de consideração foi a pior que já tive

BARULHENTO DEMAIS

Hotel MEGA BARULHENTO. Tinha um hotel do lado que tinha música ao vivo, então parecia que estava dentro do quarto. Dava pra escutar o barulho dos carros passando e até do vento. Não foi um hotel bom pra descansar. O café da manhã apesar de opções, achei fraco. O suco era super aguado, tinha um leve gosto bem longe da fruta. Achei um descaso com os hóspedes servir suco daquela forma. Não recomento, pelo valor da pra ficar em algo melhorzinho.
