OKKO Hotel Lyon

The check-in process was easy. The clerk at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. My room was not yet ready so she’s stored my luggage safely. When I came back. I went up to my room. The hallway was dirty. The room itself was not the cleanest. It was serviceable. The bed was fine. Sheets were fine. The bathroom was fine. The shower still could be a little bit cleaner. The liquid soap was fine. I had requested an early pick up with a taxi the following morning and the taxi was right on time. I truly appreciate the service at this hotel.

We absolutely loved the OKKO! The room is exceptionally clean with no disinfectant or other scent. The snacks and coffee service available were perfect. The breakfast spread rivals a 5 star restaurant. The staff continually goes above and beyond to accommodate!

Great choice

Good localisation, easy to walk everywhere. Safe neighborhood. The staff was always very nice and the room was good. The lounge for coffee and snacks is a good addition. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel was very nice and in a great location. I would not stay here in the middle is summer again though. This is an “eco” friendly hotel but the AC settings are low - high. Even set at “high”, it was so hot and hard to sleep. I would estimate it was keeping the room at 78 degrees. Everything else was nice though. Super nice staff, small gym, water stations on each floor and a great location.

Great stay all round. The staff was very helpful and happy to speak English, after we initially tried to converse in some (very poor) French. They pointed out the things to do and places to see. The only slight concern was that the night receptionist did not know they had synthetic pillows (as one of us is asthmatic and the existing feather pillows could have caused respiratory issues). However, after pointing it out in their handbook in the room, she quickly resolved it by finding two pillows for us to use. Very comfortable bed - had a good sleep! It was also beautiful to see the city in the glow of the morning sun. We didn’t have breakfast, but The Club was available for complementary snacks and drinks outside of breakfast hours. Thanks for a great stay!
