Their "Club" is excellent: hot and cold drinks with snacks 24/7. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We'll certainly go back again next time we're in Lyon.

A convenient location walkable from the train station and close to the quai for the boat cruise.A wonderful view over the river. The complimentary all day snacks and drinks were an added bonus and greatly appreciated. I would like to suggest that there be more hooks in the rooms for hanging towels and clothes since storage was limited.

Excellent location by the River Rhône about 20 minutes’ walk to St Jean Cathedral a great starting point for every tour by the River Saône where you can catch a cruise and also St Jean metro station for the funicular to Notre Dame on Fourviere Hill. Good clean room, Nespresso coffee machine but no fridge/minibar or bottled water provided. That said a free snack bar with hot drinks dispensers (so generous and definitely a first in our experience and we’ve been all over the world) through a spacious lounge right next to the lobby and lift, plus a convenient water dispenser on the stairs landing, more than compensate for it. Very helpful, friendly and courteous staff, Lilou and others are an added bonus. Will certainly stay again.

Good location, the room was small but clean and quiet. The bathroom needs to have some hooks to hang towels. The lounge was nice with free coffee and snack.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the room very quiet (double-windows and blackout curtains). The hotel amenities are really good. The location is great, right next to the river and within walking distance old Lyon, the opera, Croix Rousse. There's also a large choice of restaurants around.

This hotel gets great reviews but we found that many of the rooms look quite different (older) to the images on Expedia/Hotels.com. No sitting area in the rooms except a chair, quite dark rooms, and tired pillows. And while functional, the rooms need maintaining/repairing as we had various broken fittings and older furniture. Staff are friendly and location is great - just a shame about the rooms.

It was our first time OKKO, the staff were very warm and welcoming on arrival. The club area was really nice to have free coffee/tea/juice and a light snack whenever we wanted to. We also enjoyed a couple of wines at a very reasonable price. Our room was spacious and very comfortable.

The hotel room have funny configuration. The toliet area is separated by see through glass with wooden blind which can be see through if someone is layng on the bed. It is somewhat embarrassing. When showering the water can easily flow from shower area to toilet area. I have to mop up every night after showing. The room also lack of refrigerator to store cold drink. The breakfast is very basic but all the staffs are all super nice.
