Entrance in living room (kitchen / dining / lounge areas, wood-burning stove, direct access to terrace & swimming pool via large bay window). Upper floor : lounge area with double daybed. Sall bedroom (160 x 190 cm bed). Shower room (washing machine) and separate WC accessed from bedroom. Heating/air-conditioning in summer. Bed linen supplied (beds are made before arrival). Cot on request. Outdoors : shared paved courtyard, terrace with garden furniture, gas plancha barbecue, relax area with deck chairs, shared and heated swimming pool available from 09 H to 21 H, beautiful views of the countryside. Parking possible on the property. Owners - Catherine & Philippe - live in an adjoining house with separate entrance.
