- A bedroom separated by a sliding door with a double bed (140x190), closet and cupboard, opening onto the parking area of the residence. The bedroom has electric shutters and blackout curtains.
- Air conditioning is installed in the living room and bedroom.

Epicureans will be delighted with Les Halles Paul Bocuse, and the many food shops that line the streets of the 6th arrondissement. Shopping addicts can stroll along Cours Vitton and Avenue de saxe, a little paradise.
