The only issue we had was the elevator was down for maintenance during our stay we were only on the second floor, but it would’ve been a major pain if we had been on the fourth That said I would stay again if I’m in the area

Upon arrival, the individual serving us seemed distant and bothered by having to serve us, took forever, took my CC and her mannerism was very off causing my wife and I to feel uneasy with her having our CC informed. We noticed our white socks turned dirty within minutes after walking around our room floors, same happened next night. Elevator went out of service after our first use, and we had to use the stairs; not normally an issue, but i'm disabled.They dont have anyone who can assist... enough said. Asked for face towels and was given (floor mat) towels. The reason was, "We're a basic service hotel and we just dont have things like that". Really? Your dailybstay rate is not that much from other local hotels, and you cant afford face towels? I didn't ask for the excuse for why the floors were dingy dirty. Never will stay there again, and know what? They won't care because the welcome represented it.

had a room on the 4th floor but the single elevator was broken, and this property is less than a year old, to add insult to injury when returning later from dinner our keycard wasn't working and the desk clerk had do let us in. Further for being a "suite" the amenities were non existent; no hairdryer, coffee maker, ice bucket, glasses or shampoo and there wasn't even coffee available in the lobby. I have had better equipped rooms at Motel 6 and Super 8

Elevator not working 😡

We were happy with the room and its cleanliness. What was absolutely horrible was that the elevator was not working and we were on the fourth floor. Carrying luggage up and downstairs is definitely a fall risk and my husband did turn his ankle so we are taking him to urgent care to me. That was totally unacceptable. I believe a refund would be appreciated and would cover the cost of urgent care praying there’s nothing significantly wrong with his ankle.

We stayed in room 114 on the first floor. I don’t know if they were moving furniture above us, next to us or what, but we heard banging and moving stuff until the evening. Then they were back moving stuff again Sunday morning around 8am and woke us up!! Again, it could have been rowdy upstairs neighbors, idk, but if we stay there again, we will request not to be in room 114 as we couldn’t get any rest from all of the noise.

This property is clean. Unfortunately, that is the only think that was good about our stay here, as well as the kind staff. However, with a family, it was not what I was expecting when booking a hotel with a kitchen, as I like to make meals to help with cost. If you are looking for an apartment with no in-room amenities for a few days, this place will work fine. However, if you are looking for a hotel with a kitchen, this place does not provide any amenities that you would expect from a hotel. There is no coffee maker, coffee, iron, ironing board, dishes (you have to rent separately) and cookware (you have to rent separately) which would add about $50 more dollars, no dishwasher detergent, no kitchen towels, or kitchen wash clothes, no dish detergent for hand washing dishes, not even a basket to trap food trash in the drain, barely any showering items that you would normally expect for a hotel. It really is just furniture and a room, which is very clean and I found the bed to be comfortable. Also, the street light was bright, because there were no room darkening curtains in our room and the blinds where not sufficient to cut out the light from the parking lot. It does not leave you feeling like the care you would expect to feel in regards to hospitality of your guests. It just feels like renting an apartment with furniture.

The girl who checked us in was rude. Barely said anything to us. Didn’t tell us how to get WiFi or anything. I expected it to be like a home away from home…meaning blanket on the bed, shampoo, conditioner, towels and wash cloths for more than 1 person, hair dryer….just basic items you get at a hotel. It was spacious and clean but my comfy.
