Property manager quickly responds.We loved the location. Quiet private neighborhood. The location allowed you to avoid taking I-4 (which is always a parking lot.) I recommend taking the house keys with you because the dead bolt doesn’t always turn on where you can enter in the code. We will definitely be back with family and friends.

Property was exactly as listed. It is located in a very quiet complex. Although it was a bit far from the restaurants, shopping and other entertainment areas we are familiar with, it gave us the opportunity to explore this area of Florida. Would definitely stay again and will recommend this unit to our friends.

Outstanding Property

We rented this property to visit family in the area, and we could not have been more pleased. Everything is new or recently updated, and there is plenty of room if you have a large family. The game room is in the garage, and our teens loved hanging out in there. We did not visit theme parks but could see how the property could be used as a theme park “home base” for a larger family.

Hurricane Haven

I live in the Tampa Bay area. Hurricane Ian was forecasted to make landfall there. I reserved this fantastic townhome as a safe haven from the hurricane. Thankfully, for us at least, the hurricane turned more Eastward, and the Tampa Bay area was spared. I opted to stay put, and did not make use of the townhome. The owners promptly and graciously agreed to my requested refund. I am disappointed I didn't get to make use of the townhome. It looked fantastic. I was looking forward to using the pool table!
