Staff and security were very welcoming.Check in was quick and very informative about activities and all the amenities they offer.Room was very comfortable with a mini fridge which allowed us to stay in and eat in after being outside in the Luxor heat.Swimming pool was so relaxing with nice view of Nile river and mountains in distance.Continental breakfast with fresh pastries,omelettes,and fruit was the perfect start to the day.Would definitely recommend and would stay again.Also very close to everything and great central point for all activities

We enjoyed the property but was very upset with the car service. Was told thwy woukd take us to the airport via limo and then they were 10 min laye and found ou they called a local cab whicich should have been $2 usd but had to oay what the car service woukd have been at 25 usd!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Iberotel. We initially booked for one night but ended up staying 3 nights. The staff was amazing, very kind and always keen to help. The hotel is ideally located with easy access to the Corniche (2 minutes walking). Thanks! 🇲🇦🇪🇬

In general the iberotel is good. The location is perfect for exploring Luxor, the staff were very professional and helpful, Great pool area and excellent breakfast. However the rooms are slightly dated and in need of modernising and improving. Plus if you're on the road side it can be quite noisy with lots of traffic noise.

Comfortable hotel

You have to pay extra for a Nile view to avoid a noisy main road so glad we paid the extra on arrival as sleep is important. Breakfast very good with quality choices and staff very helpful. There is a bit of a scam with a local driver who's the 'unofficial' car. Hotel agreed 400 local currency for a trip & on return driver tried to claim 400 each which we refused to pay.

Best location, nice Nile River view from room, clean hotel, but very slow service. Took 30 mins to checkin 3 rooms. Also all 3 rooms were on three different floors even though they were booked together. Room was clean but bit outdated. This is the only hotel in our 10 days stays in Egypt where we needed adapter to use our USA phone charger. All other hotels and even in cruise, we were able to plug our charger directly. Also they had only one electric receptacle at the corner of room to use for phone charger. No receptacles on bed sides which was strange. In bathroom, no shower help dispensers. Both dispensers were for shampoo and conditioner. The corner lamp was not working. Water was flowing very slowly in bathroom sink. Nice hotel but need staff training and room upgrades.
