Le logement était très sécurisé facile d'accès. Très spacieux avec de belles pièces notamment le grand espace salon cuisine et les 2 grandes chambres. Très bien insonorisé aucun bruit extérieurs. Par contre nous avons été extrêmement choqués de constater que la criminalité (dealers, prostitution, agressions,... et j'en passe, fasse partie du décor et, ce à tout juste 50 mètres de la résidence où nous avons séjourner et de très bonne heure il était 21h. Nous étions 4 adultes, et nous avons été extrêmement choqués et pris a parti mais les enfants ont été témoins de tout ça, et cela ne devrait pas être toléré dans une ville telle que Luxembourg city. On a tous été choqués encore plus de constater que la police ne fait rien pour ce genre de situation. Le poste de police est à l'entrée de la rue qui donne sur le centre-ville, nous avons vu les policiers faire leur ronde en voiture mais sans dépasser le coin de la rue 1900 où justement toute la criminalité est présente 50 mètres plus haut vers l'accès au tramway, rue de Bourgogne précisément. Juste honteux

Flat was clean, spacious and mostly as described. Unfortunately, we had to cut short our trip due to illness and could not enjoy the flat or Luxembourg City for longer; hence, cannot comment much on location. From our short stay I can say that it was close to the central station and to the tram stop; plus, there were several amenities around like a grocery store and a couple of bakeries. We chose a multistory car park instead of the parking that came with the flat. This is because the one that came with the park was accessible via a car lift, which seemed quite narrow and tight for a 21st century family car like ours; though I acknowledge that this might be down to me being a rather cautious and not the most confident driver. Therefore, the judgement of the parking is probably subjective to who you ask. The flat basically had all you needed, though a few ideas for improvement (none of them were deal breakers for us): - the flat description states that a high chair is available. after talking to the owner we found out that this is not the case and brought our own - it would be good to have as many dishwasher tablets as days of stay, because we tend to use the dishwasher daily. there were 3 tablets in the flat for the 5 day stay we had booked - it would be good to have an actual coffee machine. The flat has one of those machines that takes capsules and we bought some at the grocery store around the corner; though my personal preference would be a filter coffee machine
