Filthy and waste of money

The room was filthy. There was “sticky”, juices on the counter, table and tile around the tub. There was zero storage for clothes, groceries etc. the stove did not work properly. The floors were filthy. It had not been vacuumed recently as there were m&m’s on the floors and gravel. The windows haven’t been cleaned in a while. The walls were even dirty. There was no complimentary coffee. There were no cleaning supplies. The silverware was sitting on top of the fridge, it was all dusty. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes. There were no cleaning supplies to tidy up each day. The halls of the hotel were filthy. The hotel hallways smelled like “stale old food”. There was a very tacky stuffed animal head hanging above the bed, tacky and creepy. When we shut off the a/c the room was filled with mosquitoes. So we had to freeze, to keep the mosquitoes at bay. The toilet was miniatures, very hard to use for an adult. This room was not at all like the description or pictures. Very misleading. We chose this hotel for a relaxing getaway, it was not relaxing or comfortable. It was so dirty and disappointing. You’d think @$200/night, it would at least be clean ..

Nice place to stay, but the outdoor pool was for residents only. The inside pool was small. Food was so so and very overpriced. I had the chicken dinner, and it was basically the $8 bar crap that is a NO THANK YOU, for $31, and I’m not really fussy.

The room was nice. We had a large window that overlooked the grass, forest and pool. What was not good is there is no elevator. And I have a health issue that makes it very hard for me to walk upstairs. The young man at the desk was very kind and helped us up with our luggage. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it had a restaurant. It would make it convenient for us. It was closed the days we were there. That seems crazy to me. It should be open every day. It had a microwave and refrigerator which was helpful. Everything was clean.

Meh!

It was just about bare minimum. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Linens didn’t feel great and they tried to pass a mattress cover as a comforter. Appliances very dated as well as pots/pans/utensils. When we got there, the old dishes were still in the dishwasher and the grill had old food stuck in it. It all felt a little ick. We did have enough towels and the restaurant was good!
