It is suitable for single, couples or families seeking a peaceful environment during their stay in Lusaka. Free car park with nice walkways and a play park for joggers. Centrally located with easy access to Malls, minutes from Lusaka International Airport, USA Embassy, UN Compound, Woodlands Stadium and many more. What sets my apartment in Lusaka apart is that it has electricity backed by solar panels, ensuring that you never experience power outages like other houses in the city.(FYI current load shedding in Lusaka is 12 hours). We also have underground water tank that allow the unit to never short of water in case of small water cut off here and there. We offer 20% discount after the first month for guests staying over one month.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned apartment. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
