Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 150 m² air-conditioned gite for rent in Lunac, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 50 m² living room (with stove), an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers), an unenclosed 800 m² garden and two 20 m² terraces. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows
First floor
- 50 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove (wood supplied), sofa and dining area
- An open, fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)

- Bedroom 2 and 3: double bed (140×190)

Mezzanine
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.

Outside
- An unenclosed, private 800 m² garden
- A 20 m² terrace overlooking the fields, facing south on the raised first floor, with jacuzzi and furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A second, shaded, ground-floor terrace of 20 m², also with furniture

The gite is ideally located in Lunac, in very quiet and pleasant surroundings. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

- Outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, tree climbing...)

Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 4 vehicles).

- Nearest airport: Rodez-Aveyron airport, about 53 min (52.6 km) by car

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
