This 1.6 mile trail (one way) ascends 1050' to the 2nd highest point in the San Juan Islands. Have an incredible evening/meal at Willows Inn, then hike this the day after to burn some calories. The preserve is incredible, and on a nice day the color, sun streaks, waterfalls and wildlife will not disappoint. One of the many reasons to live in the bountiful Pacific Northwest!

The cabin was extremely private. The hot tub was clean. Quiet, plenty of chirping birds, and beautiful water and mountain views.
