It was dirty filled with roaches unkept no microwave no phone no lightbulbs in the lights and management was extremely unhelpful and rude when the roaches and concerns were brought up. Refunded wasn't even considered and they are one of the worst hotels I've had

The room was absolutely filthy. Dirty walls and floors bathroom was disgusting. I reserved a non smoking room and the room smelled like a pack of cigarettes. When I asked for a manager they informed me there was not one this was after I woke thean at the front desk up. I drove in from Florida and was not even able to rest. I was there a few hours and I had to leave. Do not reserve a room from these filthy people

The smoke detector was disconnected and placed in a dresser drawer. The laminate floor was dirty. Bathroom door trim was falling off at the top and walls needed spot cleaning.
