Please don’t stay there!

I would never stay there again. I only received 2 towels for 4 nights, and they refused to give me more. I checked out a a day early and forfeit 1 night.

We had booked 4 rooms each room was worse than the last the beds were filthy covered with what seemed to be pee stains and such filled with flies and when the covers were pulled back they’re were even more stains and signs of pubic hairs and such it was like they just did the beds with what the previous person had uses no new sheets or anything. When we spoke to the people up front they were nonchalant and didn’t seem to care they just told us they couldn’t help and that we had to call. Any attempt at calling was left with no response. Will not ever consider this place again

When first arrived they gave us a key to someone else’s room and then the walk is so long from the car to the room. Also my daughter seen a cute little dog and while stopped a man is heard yelling from his room don’t stand right here move multiple times with a barking dog. The room was filthy thank you lord we bring out sown cleaning products the floors make your feet so black and everything is dirty and dusty mirrors and all. We get a room with a bunch of Mexicans standing outside the door Partying loud music talking loud just inconsiderate I am so glad I only booked one night never again!

The place was dirty unclean. The doors didn’t lock all the way. The walls were filthy and dirty, and did not look like they were cleaned forever. There was stains on the bedspreads. The tub was filthy and dirty. It looks like it hasn’t been scrubbed and cleaned. It was just an awful place.

Stay somewhere else

Had to switch room twice. The first had a clogged bathtub with moldy water. The 2nd the lock didn't work. The 3rd had twin beds when I had reserved a king but I was too exhausted to go back to the desk. All of the rooms had flies in them. The free breakfast had bread and muffins, but the waffle maker had crusty batter all around. The refrigerator with the milk for coffee had a dead ladybug on top and the milk was lukewarm not cold.

The place is old and run down. The room was mostly clean. The bedspread stained. Needs to be remodeled. Looks like a 40 year old hotel. Kind of overpriced for the condition. Hard to see room numbers.

I’m a quadriplegic, reserved their room that was accessible which I need. I arrive and they tell me they do not have the room for me, in fact, the hotel doesn’t have any accessible rooms. Even a cockroach. I do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. From the broken furniture, the sticky floors and furniture, and the dirty syringe in the bathtub, I was in shock at how filthy it was. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and Expedia should remove it from their site. We had to use the bathroom towels to cover the chairs in order to sit down. There was a medication pack in the floor. The ice bucket lid was covered in what looked like black mold. This room was so horrendous that we left not too long after arriving. This was not a case of a motel that needed to updated, it was just pure filth and nothing more tgan the room having not been cleaned in what looked like weeks, if ever. Ramada by Wyndam should be ashamed to allow such a place to bear their brand.

I didn't like the management. He was very rude and unprofessional. He would not switch my room and had several rooms he could have switched too. He act like just because I went through a third party to book it that it didn't matter. The room 136 he assigned me to was disgusting it had hairs under the covers and stains on the sheets the the bathroom tub had dirty rings around it so I asked me to have someone clean the room and change the beds and an hour went by still nothing I was so tired and angry They didn't even have a phone so I could do each time I had to walk up to the office because my cell would get a busy sign so I said I want to change rooms bc I'm tired and need some rest the reason for me coming in the first place but he got mad and told me his will refund my money back to be because he was not changing no room out and I said why because I want to rest and be comfortable in a clean environment and he said you just get refund. These new owners at the location really suck and there nothing like he previous owners they don't even have suites there anymore and haven't added any water to the pool either but charge like they do. Someone from corporate needs to come visit the Lumberton NC location because they are making a bad name for Ramada Inn and some on the tenants was stripping a car in the parking lot while I was just trying to get a clean room like if it was stolen and no one said nothing about that either.
