Rooms was spotless and smelled so clean. Front desk clerk was amazing. There are three pillows on each bed. I grabbed 5 of them and it still didnt equal a pillow i have. That and the noise outside made it to where i was was not able to sleep more than 1.5 hours. With traveling, thats very important. Would have given 5 stars if not for these two reasons.
Never seen this before. Sad people do this as the cost comes out on the room attendant.

Room was freezing. Took many hours to heat up. Did not know the access to the room was from the outside…abnormally cold temperature that night. Breakfast was unappetizing with poor choices and the coffee was weak and tasteless.

The shower leaked into the main room and left a massive puddle of water right where my daughter’s very expensive travel crib was. Thankfully, she didn’t get wet but the crib is ruined. Still waiting for a call back from the hotel for a refund on the room and reimbursement for the crib.
