The hotel is located right next to the rail line, so it gets quite noisy early in the morning. The room we stayed in had a carpet with a musty smell on the first night, but it was fine the second night after the cleaning staff left the window open. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of cheeses and cold cuts. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

A newly build hotel with modern and comfortable facilities. Easy to reach, clean and safe area. Very friend and helpful staff. Snack and vending machine are near the lobby. Fitness and laundry rooms. Very nice rooms with very comfortable beds and beautiful view on the main city church and the old city water tower. Clean and convenient Bathroom with big shower cabin. Continental breakfast with freshly grained coffee, fresh fruits, freshly baked bread rolls and cereals.

We were asked to self check in through a device at late night when we arrived. It wasn't convenient when you travel with family. Not enough parking space and I had to park outside. There was a Lady at the reception, who wasn't very helpful at night, however, later her Boss turned up who was helpful.

Proximity to train station!

Location was great- five minute walk to the train station. Room size was small, so next time I’d book two rooms. Our party of four needs the extra space.

Very nice stay.

Excellent location very close to sights and restaurants as well as to the train station for an easy day trip to Hamburg. Hotel was excellent value for money and with a management clearly proud of their property. Would certainly stay there again.

all of this was hard. and, entering the parking there is a low concrete barrier on the passenger side of the car if you turn right. not visible from the driver's side. i hit that and now am dealing with a big insurance problem with my car rental agency.
