Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool area, very nice and well tended to. Breakfast was fine, but would like them to rotate the menu so you have more than one option when staying multiple nights. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Had a short family weekend getaway and the hotel was what we needed. The rooms were clean but our room did have a musty smell and the carpet was damp and I saw several reviews that said the same thing (which can be expected in a beach town) pool was nice but the pool room was extremely hot. The hotel is very conveniently located to several fast food/stores and just a short drive to downtown.

Great job comfort inn!

We were pleasantly surprised that the room was so nice.very modern design.everything worked as it should with one exception.the bathtub floor was very slippery.other than that it exceeded expectations.definitely will stay here again.

The rooms need to be renovated. Specifically, the carpets, curtains, and bathroom fixtures. The carpet is has mildew. You can visibly see mold on the curtains. The fixures are too old and don’t work as they should. All of the employees were polite and helpful. The beds were not very comfortable. The TV’s have the Youtube app available but the Netflix app is not, even though it’s on the remote. Even though the staff was friendly and this was not the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, I wouldn’t book here again.

Great place to wait for the ferry

We just wanted a place to lay our heads before taking the ferry to Manitowoc the next morning. The place is typical for a Comfort Inn - nothing fancy, but just what we wanted and needed. The breakfast was good. The place was clean and quiet.

Staff was super friendly all the way around. Room could have used some updating. Directly near the place was OK, but the lake town is really nice. As well as the lake front.

Stay was ok but not great, especially for the cost of the hotel room. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, waffle maker, and cereals, bread, yogurt etc. Room seemed clean except the pillows didn’t smell fresh and our toilet took forever to fill. We were on the third floor which had an unpleasant smell in the hallways. Also, we got back late from a long day and our room keys didn’t work. So we had to go down to the front desk and get new keys and the clerk didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. So overall it was ok but I probably wouldn’t go back.

The staff were amazing. I have medicine that needed to stay cold. They put my ice packs in their freezer so I could travel safely. Very kind and helpful folks.

Great staff!

The only issue we had was the toilet had some pressure issue when flushing when we got to the room. Staff was amazing and helped. Very friendly. Good breakfast. They are pet friendly also which was important for us traveling with our 5 yr old lab. The bed was super comfy too!

Breakfast was sparce and picked over at 9am. Game room/arcade was very underwhelming with only 1 arcade game. Bad smell upon arrival to the room. Opened window and it was fine a hour later. Staff was Wonderful!

Hotel was very nice and maintained well. Staff were great. We had an issue with the mini fridge not cooling and they upgraded us to another room that had a full size fridge. Very happy with the value of this hotel overall.

I like this hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable (please add an extra reading chair), bathrooms clean. Please upgrade breakfast choices. Pretty limited on selections.

Building family memories.

Wonderful time. Hotel staff all pleasant and friendly. Hotel aging, but clean. Pool and hot tub were in great condition. Grandkids loved outside playground too! Breakfast was generous and kept fully stocked for full 3 hours each day! Only negative would be having to go cleeeaaar to the back of hotel to find luggage carts. Looking forward to going back.😊
