Nice hotel, easy walk from railway station and all the main tourist spots. I had a single room which was clean and had a comfortable bed, a safe, flat screen TV with lots of channels, charging points for phones and nice bathroom with a good shower. Staff were all nice and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good. My room overlooked the street but with the window closed there wasn't much traffic noise. The only thing that stops this being excellent was the lack of air conditioning but I wasn't that hot and slept well. I definitely recommend it as a good place to stay unless you really need air conditioning. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Very central, 10 mins walk from the railway station, old fashioned charm, my room at the front could have been noisy but everything shuts at 2300 in Luzern so it gets quiet. Did me fine for 4 nights.

Very convenient location to center of Lucerne - we were able to walk to all areas of interest to us. Wifi connection process was very cumbersome and we need to ask for help from the front desk staff. Room did have some dustballs on the floor in the corner and under chairs and desk.

A good hotel that is centrally located, making an easy walk to the centre or the train station. This rooms were nice but the air conditioning didn't do much cooling so I had the window open the whole time I was there. It was generally good and I would stay there again, but perhaps not in the summer.

I really liked the first room that I stayed in. It was clean & spacious! But then the second room that I have booked was little smaller and it wasn't bad until I smelled the pillow and blanket. It smelled like wet tower that haven't been dried. Other than that, rest wad okay. Overall nice place to stay and close to restaurants and groceries and lake.

Hello, I’m writing to request a refund, as this hotel was a complete deception from the moment I arrived. The photos and description on the website have nothing to do with reality. The rooms were full of dust, extremely small, and had no air conditioning, which is very serious considering that I suffer from asthma and severe allergies. The staff showed no intention of solving the issue or offering any alternatives. I felt completely scammed, I couldn’t continue with the stay, and I was forced to find another hotel immediately, which resulted in an additional and unexpected expense. I find it unacceptable that this type of accommodation is available on the platform, and that is why I am demanding a full refund of my reservation. It was a very unpleasant experience that affected both my health and my travel plans.

Great location and nice breakfast

Great location just one street back from the lake front. A good price for the area. Rooms were a good size. Only a short walk to the train station. Breakfast had enough options to find something we liked. I would return to this hotel if back in the area.

Close to lake and station

Close to station. Easy to find. Breakfast room very busy so not that relaxing but the staff were great. Shops and restaurants all around .
