This was a nice start with my toddler and husband! They offered a crib for us and everything was clean! We’re had lovely views from our window and just enjoyed our stay here! Staff was very friendly and had lots of good info for us too Mind you, it is about a 15 minute walk on alot of cobblestone from the train station

The staff was super helpful and attentive from making dinner reservations for us to explaining how to get to places. Convenient and quiet location with 10 minute walk to bridge and restaurants and 20 minute walk to train station and ferry that takes you to Mt Pilatus.

Really great little hotel in the European style without being too small. Very clean, well-kept, decent beds, great views and super walkable to all of central Lucerne. Highly recommended.

Great hotel. Very clean and so close to everything so you can walk. Only a 5-10 minute walk to lucerne train station. Basic breakfast, but nice. Would stay here again. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Location is good, 10 mins walk from train station and the city center. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Checked in early without extra fee. Breakfast is included, it is simple and good. Restaurant is on site, if you walk few minutes, then you can find more dining options.

Overall a good stay here, staff were very helpful. The location is good, very close to the old town and 10 mins walk from the train station or plenty of buses. The room was fine, spacious but a bit dated. Could do with some form of refresh as looked tired. Cleanliness wasnt an issue but it just looked very dated. I had breakfast next day, very big array of food available and tasty stuff too. Overall not bad, but for the price point would've expected a bit more.

This was a unique hotel giving you the feeling of being in Switzerland and not simply in a room anywhere. My only criticism would be of the rather abrupt young man who maned the front desk in the am. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.
