A stylish and completely remodelled panoramic apartment with fabulous views and a spacious rooftop terrace located near Piazza San Michele, Via Fillungo, the train Station and Parking.



The location could not be better and it's a dream for art lovers.

The buildings next-door features from Medieval to Baroque Architecture and the main town squares are just a short stroll away!



L-shaped sofa, a custom designed rug on polished wooden flooring, bespoke shelving and cabinetry with wall-mounted TV and a wood fireplace as well as several windows overlooking the magnificent medieval towers of Lucca search as TORRE GUINIGI.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and provided with a wide range of cooking utensils. Washing machine and clothes dryer are provided.

The two bathrooms both have showers. Air conditioning and a very reliable internet connection complete the list of equipment.



The apartment is on the second floor and requires climbing three flights of stairs to reach it, plus an additional flight within the apartment, totalling 62 steps. Please note that there is no elevator.

We loved the location of this place. Close to everything but not in the middle of it all. It was close to bakeries and restaurants. The stairs up to the apartment were definitely worth it and even in the winter we were able to enjoy the rooftop terrace. Having a clothes drier was also a bonus. I would consider it again on our next trip to Lucca.

This is a classic apartment in the old city with all the charm one would expect but with updated kitchen and bathrooms offering modern amenities. The kitchen is easy to use but would benefit from an update. The terrace is a highlight but without shade is definitely not an option on sunny days. One downside would be the power supply to the unit as we found that the circuit breaker would trip frequently if we tried to use anything more than the A/C. The property manager met us at check-in, showing us the property and responded to our questions in a timely manner.

Nice apartment but ….

There are 62 stairs to the apartment not 42 as advertised. The electrics are very flakey 5 trips during our week stay and the power board is outside the apartment down 40 stairs in dark! The balcony is nice especially in the evening but too hot to use in the day with no shade. The second bathroom is down 12 very steep steps so not child or older people friendly. Good facilities and nice decor in the apartment.

Great Apartment in a great location

The Apartment was perfect! I stayed with my Wife and Parents and the facilities and location were ideal, either for staying in and enjoying an evening on the balcony with some locally sourced food or nipping into the many piazza's that Luca has to offer. Right outside the appartment is a lovely cafe and next door a restuarant, we would highly recommend "nona's". I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Luca, that wants easy access to everything Luca has to offer!

Perfect stay for visiting Lucca

The apartment is very well located to visit Lucca. It is well equipped, restaurants, bakeries and other shopping are within walking distance. Nevertheless, the appartment is quiet. The care by Lucca apartments was very good. I can recommend the appartment. It's just a pity that the induction oven is not suitable for the "moka".

Wunderbare Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig mitten in Lucca mit einem prächtigen Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern sehr nett und aufmerksam. Unser Highlight:Das tägliche Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse und das Glas Vino in der netten Bar direkt vor der Haustür.
