Information Enjoy a holiday with a great beach, wonderful scenery and living in a beautiful ambience. ���� Ferienwohnung Strandvilla was opened in spring 2016 after a renovation. It is located on the ground floor of the apartment complex Strandvilla Lubmin, built in 1996. The apartment is comfortable and modern. Due to the south orientation, the apartment is bright, inviting and friendly. On the terrace you can enjoy sunshine from morning to night. An associated free parking space is located directly next to the building (also entrance to the public paid parking). 1 men's bike & 1 women's bike are available free of charge. Location Just a few meters from the promenade and the long beautiful sandy beach of Lubmin is this apartment. It is located between Dünenstrasse and traffic-free beach promenade. The next larger town is Greifswald. Nearby beach approx. 100 meters Shopping approx. 500 meters Bike rental approx. 300 meters Children's and adventure playground approx. 50 meters Sports and leisure center approx. 500 meters (bowling, fitness, squash, funball) Equipment Living room with open kitchen, fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer , Stove with ceramic hob and oven, circulating hood, small dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster couch and flat screen TV, radio, dining table with 4 chairs, access to the terrace Bedroom 1 with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) Bedroom 2 with pull-out bed (2 x 0.80 x 2.00 m), wardrobe hall with cloakroom, clothes bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer Terrace table with 4 chairs, barbecue Additional facilities include cot and highchair.
