The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was not as clean as expected and there were dirty towels from prior guests. The bar was terrible and would get negative stars if able. The bartender would only serve one drink at a time and took 45 minutes to serve one round of drinks to a table of 6. She then proceeded to talk negatively about our party for ordering a last round at the 8:45pm last call. I will mow be staying here again.

Staff was very helpful. But we booked the hotel because of the pool. We got there at 9.45, the pool closed at 10. Could have squeezed in some pool time the next morning but it didn't open till 10! Do pools have to be closed a certain amount of time? So we didn't even get to see the pool!

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. We had reserved two separate rooms, but due to a series of issues I won’t go into detail about, my daughter got locked out of our room in the middle of the night. She called me for help, so I rushed downstairs in my pajamas to get a new key. Despite having checked in earlier that day without my husband being present, the man working the night shift refused to issue us a new key because the reservation was under his name. As a result, my daughter and I were forced to sleep in the lobby until the other people in our room woke up to let us in. This situation was frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional.

When we arrived to check in my husband tried to ask the guy a couple of questions about our stay and he laughed at him like he should already know this. Was very short with his answers and would explain things when he did it was vague. But if the guy had taken a second to look I was the one who booked this hotel and my husband didn't know he was bent out of shape about something and passed it on to the customer, thanks! The girl in the morning who checked us out was super friendly, nice and very pleasant. Warm.
