I love the Embassy but this stay wasn't good. My shower barely had hot water.. the pressure sucked ... our room wouldn't cool down. I barely slept the 2 nights I stayed there . I don't like leaving negative reviews- but this stay made me unhappy

No heat will leave you heated!

The heat didn’t work got up at 1 am and it was 62 degrees in the room. In the morning, when my familystartes getting dressed.and moving around with the lights on, it warmed a bit. Sink wouldn't drain. Tub wouldn't drain. Wallpaper peeling. Looked like fecal matter was on the vent in the bathroom. Luggage cart had tires with tubes instead of hard tires, and they were flat. I called the lobby at 1 am and told them again as I checked out. There was no offer to make it right. I took pics but the app won't let me upload them.

This property is so run down. There was a crusty wash rag in our tub, the water in the shower is either hot or scalding. Bartenders were rude. Just a complete disappointment.

We tried to check in Friday at 3:30 and they told us to come back at 4:00. We asked for shower gel and they never came to refill it. The staff was friendly especially the breakfast staff. We will definitely stay at this type of hotel again. I loved how big the rooms are and comfortable the beds were.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. The overall stay was disappointing because the room was so dated and all though clean was dingy. The air-conditioning was also subpar and not much green space for pets outside. I expected more for the price and the name.

Our stay started with a maintenance guy in her room with the door open. The pool had throw up in it. And breakcast was ok. Couch is wore out with cushons hanging out. But ambiance is super cool.
