Extremely overpriced. Lots of damage on the furniture. the shower was dark with a cheap liner. ac was meh at best and loud. I honestly don't care about those things if im paying $100 a night but not for between 220 and 280 a night. Staff was friendly

You guys must have had a lawsuit about your water being too hot?! We were able to get about a 6 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being hot. (We found the same issue only WORSE with an Albuquerque property a month back.) sod the shower experience was a bummer. HOUSES KEEPING was another issue. When we returned to our room at the end of the day we didn’t think our room had been cleaned yet as the bed was unmade. Upon closer examination, everything else had been done in the room?! (Again, same issue in Albuquerque.) But on the positive side, our checkin person was EXTREMELY nice (sorry I didn’t get her name. ) The breakfast staff are equally pleasant. We would return again as we found the property very amenable and the atmosphere with the plants very cool.

It’s a never again for me

The room lamps were missing lightbulbs. There was mold in the bathroom. I have pictures. The doors had rust or mold around them around the bathroom. The microwave was not plugged in. I specifically called them to make sure the hot tub worked, and it was cold. We were looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub in the evening and this was disappointing, especially since I did call and they said it worked. The sink backed up and did not drain right the faucet was missing a handle . The lounge in lobby area and bar area was beautiful. The place has so much potential but it looks like they don’t take care of it. Obviously, I would definitely recommend not staying here if you have mold allergies. The price I paid for this room was ridiculous and the conditions are terrible for the price. There was more mold photos that I could share and more pictures of missing lightbulbs in lampshades, but unfortunately, they won’t all fit here.

I have been staying at this hotel for years and I was disappointed with my stay. The showers were luke warm at best. The pool was slimy and the hot tub smelled like mold. Not all the trash had been cleaner out of the room from the previous guest. The location is nice and the breakfast was wonderful. Overall though I felt I paid a lot and didn't get much in return. So sad.

A pleasant stay. Rooms are large and have just about everything you need. Breakfast was ok but there was protein (meat). Fountain Dr. Pepper was very tasteless and flat. Only had sugar free drinks in bottles. Bathrobes were supposed to be provided and were not in room. We will definitely be staying again!
