Property was fully equipped and clean on check in. The house is bigger than it looks. Very well maintained and perfect for a family get aways or gathering, very spacious. With 8 adults and two children (2 year old and 8 month old) it had plenty of room for privacy. Easy access to all of what Lubbock has to offer. Will defiantly stay her again.

We came in for Tech game, family & my parents and had AMPLE space for all of us. Every room has TV. Restrooms are all double sinks, kitchen was well stocked lots of thoughtful snacks, soaps, even coffee creamer in fridge. The fooseball table was the cherry on top for the kids. Great communication, neighborhood next to the mall & great restaurants. Loved it. The master has a two person jacuzzi tub I could go on and on.We would stay again!
