As for the property itself, inside you will be welcomed into a stunning living room. The living room and all 3 bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs that you can watch Youtube Tv on while you lay your head down at night and drift into a peaceful sleep. The fully functional kitchen comes loaded with all the essentials that you would need for a quick breakfast on the go or even to host a get-together with friends!

The house was an older home but has been well taken care of. Love the fact that it’s centrally located. The neighborhood seems quiet and safe. More seating in the house would be helpful. The couch was very hard to sit on. It kept coming apart. Because of the unusual cold front that came in, more blankets would have been helpful. The beds are not comfortable. You completely sink down into the mattress. There are quite a few spider webs in the sky light in the master bedroom. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay for a few nights.

Wonderful house. Very spacious for the 4 of us. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our full Thanksgiving meal. BIG TV in every room. Be aware that the bedrooms tend to be fairly dark after sunset, even with the room lights on.

The property is clean and has a large fenced backyard. A minor problem we had was the Keurig. The adapter in the cabinet didn't fit. Like I said that is a minor problem. The water temperature was difficult to regulate in the showers. We would consider using this property again .

Great place for a family to stay

The house was very clean and very well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Lubbock.

Great location

We love the house and the location. Easy access to everything we wanted. The house, however, needs end tables in the living room to place drinks on. There needs to be more than two chairs on the patio. There were a lot of places that need painting especially interior doors. The fence around the backyard is in terrible shape. All that said, we would stay there again. Also, I just want to reiterate that there is a small tear on one of the sofa cushions that was there when we arrived. We did not cause that damage.

The home is great! Enough room for us and we had everything we needed! When we walked through the door there was a box of fresh made cookies and brownies that were so yummy! Our daughter came to visit us and we were able to make her a big breakfast before heading back home! The host was awesome he was able to accommodate early check in.

The house and everything was just as listed. Nice large TV to watch sports and nice large sofa for everyone to watch. Kitchen was perfect to make meals, bedrooms nice and comfortable. This house made us have a wonderful trip.
