**Honest review**. Let’s get into the property, we
Booked a shuttle through the property for a ride from the airport. I communicated through Expedia about our arrival and wasn’t really given clear directions on where we’ll find our driver, what they’ll look like none of that key information. We’re in a new country and couldn’t find our driver anywhere, literally keeping the property updated on our arrival details even when landing after a 20 minute wait at the airport and no response after 3 phone calls we decided to get a taxi which surprisingly was cheaper. I messaged the property that we decided to get a taxi because it was very frustrating that we didn’t get no specifics, they still charged us for the original shuttle that was coming which okay cool no biggie I get it. We get to the property and the front desk lady had the worst attitude idk if it’s a cultural thing but definitely knocked down a star from at least a 4 star review. I asked if she was the one I was communicating with on Expedia and she said yes and immediately got aggressive, since we booked with Expedia I guess we forgot to read the fine print with all the extra fees like the cleaning fee and let’s get into that.. the room was semi clean. Couch was worn and done, crumbs on the floor. I mean we got fresh towels and a great view but your mainly doing the cleaning those fees were a joke.Overall the view from our room kept us contempt but definitely wouldn’t stay come back.
