Fantastic location
We came to our daughters and their families in Oregon. This space was perfect for us. We loved the minimalistic space in the living area. It let us all spread out but still enjoy each others company. It was pet friendly for our daughters support dog. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were very well stocked. If you love beautiful gardens and birdwatching, this is the house. The sunsets from the master bedroom deck and windows is breathtaking. And coffee on the front porch or on the deck in the morning cannot be beat! Beautiful views and wildlife everywhere! It is in Lowell which is very close to Eugene but also spectacular lakes , reservoirs, and hiking in beautiful Forrests. The beds were extremely comfortable to the point. I tried to find out what type of mattress I was sleeping on. It was wonderful. The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood and we were there during Fourth of July! Well, there isn’t a big grocery store in town. There are coffee shops very close by with fantastic breakfast before you head out on a hike. I definitely hope to stay here again when I come back to visit.

Nice but odd
The property was nice, but there were a few odd things about our stay. When one of our party members arrived, he pulled up and saw people in the garage past check in time. Come to find out, the house was shared and only a portion was for us. It was ok, just unexpected. Another odd thing was a staircase leading downstairs to a door that was locked. It didn’t feel very private. The parking was a very limited space that was crowded by the other tenants vehicle. The refrigerator/ freezer had several items in it that were partially used. These were either left by other guests, or belonged to the owner. It states sleeping room for 6 , however 2 of those are on a futon. Not the most comfortable for 2 adults. The master bed was very low to the floor because it didn’t have a bed frame. All in all, it was an okay stay and the host was excellent about communication, it was just not as private as we would have hoped for when renting a house.

My spouse and adult disabled son were in the area for a family reunion and college graduation. Both events were held in Eugene/Springfield.The location was far enough from the Eugene/Springfield area to provide the peace and quiet we were looking for, yet an easy drive up the highway to join family. The home was very clean. Communication with the host was always prompt and friendly. The wifi connection was excellent. We needed this for my son to attend classes via Zoom during the week. There were a variety of plants and delightful personal touches throughout the home. The neighborhood was quiet. There was 1 onsite parking space. Street parking is limited. The beds were comfortable. (We did not use the sofa bed, so I cant speak to its comfort.)We brought our Old English Sheepdog with us. The home sits on a hillside. The front yard is landscaped. So there is no fenced yard if someone needs that for their dog. We were fine walking our dog and taking her to an off leash park within a10 minute drive from the home.Overall, our experience was positive and we would look forward to staying here in the future.

Great Spot in Lowell, OR
The home was clean and had great space. It was quiet and the communication was excellent. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it felt like this space more accurately would be for 4 adults instead of 6, as it is listed. If a couple people in the party are kids, it could accomodate 6. The couch bed is meant for 2 and it is a rough couch to sleep on with 1 person. The other 4 bed spaces (a double and two singles) were very comfortable for adults. If you plan on cooking there, the kitchen is a little sparse and there is only seating for 4. Overall, a very pleasant stay in Lowell with beautiful views and outdoor space to enjoy it.
