Unprofessional - Billing Issues

My experience was far from pleasant due to the behavior of the general manager. From the moment I arrived, I faced issues with billing. I had booked my stay using my Key Cash rewards and had the receipt to prove it, but upon check-in, I was told that my room wasn't paid for. I was directed to email my receipt to the GM, and my check-in was finally processed. However, the next morning, I received an alarming call from the GM. She accused me of not paying for my room and threatened to call the police if I didn’t resolve the issue immediately. This confrontation was not only shocking but completely unnecessary. It was clear that she lacked basic problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities. I was understandably upset by the early morning call and the accusation, which felt completely unjustified. After spending a significant amount of time on the phone with Hotels.com, the issue was eventually resolved. But later that day, I received a call stating that I had been "blacklisted" from the property for "bad behavior," despite the fact that I had a two-week stay booked for the following week. This was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling unwelcome. It’s evident that the general manager lacks the necessary people skills and training to effectively manage her staff and handle guest issues. I believe the owner needs to be made aware of how poorly the property is being run and the negative impact this has on customer experience. I cannot recommend this hotel!

The room itself and the cleanliness of the hotel was adequate. However, the app clearly stated that the hotel had a pool. I chose that hotel over others because of location AND the pool. It was extremely disappointing to arrive and find the offered amenity wasn't available.

Bad experience

Hotel lobby was nice. Items that are usually standard in a hotel room like a hair dryer, iron, coffee maker were not available in the room. There was only one coffee machine in the entire hotel and it ran out. They didn’t even have an ice machine on the premises. Our room was clean but someone had used the microwave before our stay and burnt either noodles or rice in it so the room smelled like it. The bed was horribly cheap. I didn’t even know that spring mattress's were a “thing “ anymore but I was mistaken. We felt every spring in it. I would not recommend.

The reviews I read made me hesitate booking a room here, but this place was nice for an overnight stay. It was clean and felt new. And the staff was welcoming. I would stay here again!

Hotel was not at all comparable with the price. Couldn’t reach hotel operators by room phone, no hot water, no hand towels, only 2 pillows on bed ( 1/pp), tv was jumping/ fuzzy, have to remove your trash from room. No irons or boards and it’s an extended stay hotel. The amenities are just not there!!!

New...extended stay suites so amenities were limited. No hair dryer, counter not staffed 24/7, no breakfast...had laundry facilities...good place if staying for a week as price for a week was cheaper than for 4 nights..close to Costco. Not a lot of food within walking distance.

There was no one at the front desk. We had to call for hellpl 4 different times and change rooms 3 times. first a smoke filled room, then a room without sheets, a 2nd room without sheets and finally given sheets to put on ourselves.
