There is 1 large room on the third floor with 3 queen beds and a 3/4 bath. The second floor has 4 bedrooms, one with a cal king bed and a private full bath, one with a queen bed and a full bath, another with a queen bed and one with 2 extra long twin beds. The last 2 bedrooms share a full bath. The first floor has a full kitchen with mud room, living room, dining room, sitting room and half bath the basement has 1 bedroom with a 3/4 bath, a full kitchen, living/dining room, a half bath and laundry room. The house is located in a small town 45 miles from Grand Island and 50 miles from Kearney. You will have use of the entire house.
