​​​​Welcome to your holiday villa in Vilamoura, tucked away on a quiet cul‑de‑sac right in front of the Pinhal Golf Course.



Villa Rubi is a spacious 6‑bedroom, 7‑bathroom home with private pool and generous garden, ideal for large families or groups of friends who want comfort, privacy, and great outdoor spaces.



Step inside to six comfortable bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en‑suite bathrooms, plus a guest toilet on the ground floor. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with twin beds, each with a private bathroom with bathtub, and a guest WC. Upstairs, you’ll find two more twin bedrooms with private bathrooms with bathtub and a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. In the basement, there is another double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; all beds (except in the basement) can be joined on request before arrival, giving flexibility for different groups.



The main living and dining area is decorated in warm brown tones with quality furniture and unique decorative pieces that give the room a sophisticated feel. Floor‑to‑ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and open directly onto the terrace and pool, while a large glass dining table brings everyone together for indoor meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and utensils for cooking, and next to it a small laundry room with washing machine adds extra convenience.



Downstairs in the basement, a second living room with sofas and another TV provides a quieter corner to enjoy a film or relax. You’ll also find a leisure area equipped with ping‑pong table, pool table, darts, and some fitness equipment such as a treadmill and abdominal bench, perfect for fun evenings at home. The house has cable TV and Wi‑Fi so you can stay connected and entertained throughout your stay.



Outside, the villa offers a large garden with plants, flowers and mature pine trees that create refreshing shade. Golf lovers will appreciate that the garden borders the renowned Pinhal Golf Course, offering pleasant green views. The dark‑blue lined swimming pool is about 9 4 metres, and includes a separate, shallow round pool designed for younger children. Pool heating is available between April and October at an extra cost, with at least 48 hours’ notice, although it may not be possible if temperatures are too low.



Around the pool, there are plenty of sun loungers, a small seating area with sofa for drinks, and a large outdoor dining table with comfortable chairs under a wooden pergola, creating a wonderful setting for long al fresco meals. Nearby, a charcoal BBQ and outdoor sink make it easy to prepare those must‑have holiday barbecues with family and friends. The property also offers covered parking inside the plot, and the entrance gate operates by automatic remote control for added comfort and security.

Quiet hours are mandatory from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Events, pets, and unauthorised additional guests are not permitted.

Moving furniture or equipment is not allowed.

Excessive rubbish must not be left.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, payable on-site.
