The Villa Côte d'Azur is a welcoming holiday home that combines serenity, comfort and easy access to the main attractions in the region, ideal for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.



The living room is bright and inviting for relaxation, with direct access to the front garden, perfect for moments of family or friends' gatherings. The dining area provides a pleasant environment for shared meals, in a welcoming and functional space.



A villa has three well-distributed bedrooms: the master bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool. The other two bedrooms include single beds that can be arranged as double beds, offering flexibility for different types of groups.



The kitchen is fully equipped, providing all the conditions to prepare meals throughout your stay.



Outside, the heated swimming pool (additional cost) is surrounded by a spacious and well-maintained garden, creating the ideal setting to relax under the Algarve sun. A barbecue and a covered pergola with a dining area complete this space, making it perfect for sharing good times in a peaceful and inviting atmosphere.



The Villa Côte d'Azur is situated in Boliqueime, near Vilamoura, the beaches and various local amenities.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

Petit paradis pour les oiseaux, et les humains le jardin est beau et bien entretenu, la propriété est spacieuse et offre plein de place pour poser ses affaires. Il y a largement de quoi habiter à 7 avec un lit d'enfant d'appoint. Et de la place pour faire un banquet pour 10 à l'extérieur. La maison semble être une vieille maison de famille rénovée, avec une magnifique cuisine équipée, et vraiment bien équipée, il y a un coin barbecue a l'extérieur bien pensé. La présence des discothèques locales à 500m n'a pas gêné. La piscine est belle et agréable pas chauffée elle reste particulièrement froide en juillet ! Dommage un panneau solaire aurait pu chauffer ça gratis. Était ce une option ? Abritel n'est pas clair la dessus. Le prix de séjour était particulièrement élevé donc je me permets d'être un peu plus exigeant. On aurait bien aimé trouver comme c'est souvent le cas dans les locations, un savon par lavabo, et un kit minimum de survie dans la cuisine : sel poivre huile et autres condiments.Quelques détails mineurs d'électricité et de plomberie font une impression bizarre mais on s'habitue à ce qu'aucun des va et vient ne soit correctement câblé (nb: ça se corrige facilement) et à ce que certains interrupteurs soient inopérants ou placés du mauvais côté. Une remarque pour l'agence de location : les siphons des douches pourraient être mieux nettoyés/remplis plutôt que de masquer une petite odeur par des senteurs jasmin.Une semaine un peu moins chère et on revient
