This fully renovated semi-detached house provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday with those you love most.



Upon entering the property, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities and utensils necessary to prepare your meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine, and much more.



The open-plan dining and living area features a comfortable dining table with chairs, creating an inviting atmosphere to enjoy meals with your family or friends. The living room consists of a sofa, two armchairs, and a television. Through the living room, you have access to a wonderful outdoor space with two outdoor sofas, a barbecue, and a dining table.



The two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, are also equipped with a wardrobe, and each has a bathroom with a shower base.



When climbing the stairs, you will be delighted to discover a terrace to enjoy the wonderful Algarvian sun, as well as an outdoor dining table.



As a complement to this fantastic house, there is a shared pool area, providing a wonderful environment with two pools (one for adults and one for children), surrounded by lawns, sun loungers, and a children's playground.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests

From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
