Casa Verde

Fully refurbished villa, 3 + 1 Bedroom, 4 bathrooms, Private Pool, Jacuzzi, Pool table . Casa Verde is a luxury, newly fitted out villa located in the area of Vilamoura in the Algarve. A short distance away from the Vilamoura Hilton and Pinhal golf club house. It has recently undergone a full refurbishment internally and externally. The villa is of a similar design to Casa Oakdene and Casa Laranjal (our other 2 villas) but maybe even a little bit better…. The villa has 3 bedrooms, all Ensuite, two of which sleep 2 (which can be made up as king size or singles to suit your needs). The third bedroom is big enough to sleep 3 and can be made as 3 singles or a king size plus a single. It has a beautiful open plan living area with sofa seating, TV, modern kitchen and dining area. There is a 4th family bathroom too. There is a first floor sun terrace, plus a Roof top sunset terrace. The kitchen is newly fitted with dishwasher, microwave, ovens, family fridge freezer and all the equipment you need to enjoy a self catering holiday. There is an attached utility room containing another fridge-freezer and washing machine, iron and ironing board. The lower ground floor contains a pool table, a table tennis table, TV with Netflix and an Xbox console. It can also sleep up to 5 people in full beds . There is a also a double sofa bed. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms, common areas and in the lower ground floor. Externally there is a newly landscaped garden & pool area. An Ibiza style terrace with seating for 8 - 10 people with BBQ area, sunbeds by the pool, plenty of shaded areas and additional lounge seating by the pool area. There is a hot tub available (at additional cost) and should you wish to stay during the cooler months, pool heating is also available (at additional cost). The property is secured with a 6 foot perimeter fence and electric gates with free street parking plus 1 secure parking space on property. The villa has a full alarm system, plus a safe in each bedroom to keep your valuables secure. We are a 30 min walk or very short taxi away from the beautiful Marina. There are dozens of restaurants to choose from, bars, clubs, cafes & shops. You can find something suitable whether you are a big group of golfers or a family. The villa is located very close to the Hilton Vilamoura. The Vilamoura road train pulls up very close to the villa and can take you to the Marina, Beach, Mini Golf & other places through the Vilamoura areas. Golf courses are ample and very local as well as a tennis club. The beaches are down by the Marina and served by the Vilamoura train which stops at multiple places along the way. The beach is beautiful and sandy and has some lovely restaurants. You can rent sunbeds on the beach for about 10 Euros each. The villa is very child friendly. We have a removable pool fence which you can use if you have young children, to give peace of mind that they cannot access the pool. We have recently fitted stair gates too. We have a lower ground area all set up for kids with beds, sofas, bean bags, fun cushions all set up with an entertainment area with TV, DVD player, Netflix, Xbox games console, a Pool Table & Table Tennis table. Cot & High Chair available on request.

This Villa ticked all the boxes for us. Opted for heated pool option which was a game changer for our kids. Also, the options of playing table tennis , Pool or Watch Netflix in door out the sun , gave the adults much needed downtime by the pool.Good location and only a 5 minute Uber from the Marina.Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely perfect villa for a group holiday!

Beautiful, clean, kitted out villa in the middle of Vilamoura. Stones throw from the golf courses and a less than 5 uber to the marina and beach. We had the best time there and would 100% recommend. Pool table and ping pong table were a great addition and the host even bought us a few crates of beer to apologise for the sandy lawn that they’re repairing.Not a bad word to say. Big thanks to Dan for having us.

Lovely family break

The villa is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It had the basics like toilet roll and hand wash/ dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid which was useful to get us started. There were plenty of supermarkets within driving distance so we stocked up. We found the Continente in Almancil was the best for us. The bbq was great too. Unfortunately with it being February we had mixed weather but we made the most of the heated pool and hot tub.The pool was lovely and warm. Definitely worth paying extra for. We enjoyed the pool table and table tennis. We didn’t need the beds in the basement and felt that these beds were probably best for kids as there was no bathroom down there. The only slightly negative comment was it did have a damp smell but this may be because of the time of year, we felt it may have been empty and unused before we arrived. Great villa though and we would definitely return. Thank you.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely time at Casa Verde - the property is finished to a very high standard and immaculately clean throughout. The child friendliness was also excellent, with a strong pool fence, stair gates and the like. It's a walk of around 40 minutes into town, but pleasant enough, or there is the tourist train (but out of high season the timetable starts late, pauses for lunch, then finishes early). Our only criticism would be that for a property of this standard we might have expected some basic items in the cupboards (tea, coffee, cooking oil, spare bin bags, spare toilet paper), especially as we arrived late at night.

Great Villa in a great location

We had a great time at this villa. Catered our needs really enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. It was a great location in terms of getting to the marina and the surrounding golf courses. Dan was an excellent host and very efficient with all my replies and queries

Fab villa!

A group of 11 girls, has a fab time and the villa was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and felt very safe. Had a little hiccup with the hot tub,but was rectified the next morning very quickly and 2 bottles of wine were dropped off to apologise which was a nice touch. The only thing that would have been nice was if there was a bathroom on the basement level for the room down there, but wasn’t a big deal. We all had a fab time and would definitely stay here again.
