equipped kitchen with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, washing

machine, microwave, and coffee maker, seamlessly connecting to the dining

area. On the upper floor, the master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom

and access to a large balcony, while two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with

both a bathtub and shower. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi suitable for video calls

are available throughout the villa.

Outdoor living includes a private pool, a balcony overlooking the Tennis

Academy, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ area, perfect for enjoying meals

under the sun. Free street parking is available, and the villa’s south-facing

position ensures plenty of sunshine.

Baby equipment such as highchair and cot as well as the beach towels can be

provided upon request (fees apply).
