The fees that they charge is not cool. The ask for information like license plate number and it ridiculous. The phones in the room was broken, there where things left from other guests in my room, the pool looked dirty. The rooms had a bad smell.

Check-in is overkill. I placed, confirmed, and paid for the reservation online and still needed a photo ID at check-in after providing my name and address. Do you think a homeless person is going to walk in and give MY name and info to hijack my room? I'm not signing mortgage papers, just getting a room for the night.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The door handle on my room was broken and the front desk came to help me maneuver it in a way to get it open. The room was fine, floor was very sticky & dirty, and there were no extra blankets or pillows in the closet.
