My room had no bath towels..room furniture was dusty..not to mention all the stomping and running above my room..every time toilet was flush or showers used I could hear very clearly through the wall..Staff was very nice..Was not able to get any rest.Monies that I paid, I expected much more.

Room was clean, we slept comfortably, breakfast was nice, and overall it was fine. But also, the hotel seems to be falling into disrepair. Little things...elevator buttons, ice machine removed from the 4th floor, bar closed, lights not working well, broken TP holder...I mean all really little things...but they add up. Please invest in this hotel. It's so close to my parents and I would love for it to remain a quality experience.

To begin, parking lot was a disaster - predominately ice and snow on most parking spots and driveway. Very dangerous. Ultra low flow shower, not enjoyable. Rooms are dimly lit.
