Stayed at this location while awaiting closing on our house. This is a newer property compared to the others, in a quiet location. Our stay was what you would expect at a La Quinta. Clean property, clean linen. Standard hot breakfast. However, the real purpose of this review is credited to the manager. April is top notch! She was very professional, accommodating and caring. Because of her, we will definitely consider coming back. Customer service is a lost art nowadays. If La Quinta upper management reads these reviews: April is an asset to your company. She stands out and turns a mediocre stay into a five star experience. She went out of her way to make this stressful transition easier. And genuinely interacts with each guest. Thank you April for all you have done for my family and I!

I recently stayed at La Quinta Hotel, and while there were some aspects I appreciated, there were also a few drawbacks. Upon arrival, my room was not clean, which was disappointing and not the best first impression. Additionally, the noise from several guests downstairs made it a bit difficult to relax and enjoy some quiet time. However, the complimentary breakfast was a definite highlight. It was surprisingly decent, with a good variety of options, and really helped start the day on a positive note. Overall, my stay had its ups and downs, but the breakfast was definitely a redeeming factor.

Never Again

First off the hotel couldnt accept my method of payment. Thank God I had another way to pay. When we got to the room there was something sticky all over the night stand. One of the drawers was falling apart. The water pressure sucked. The bar of soap provided by the hotel had to be the smallest I've ever seen. The lights constantly flickered. I felt like I was disco dancing. There was an issue with the pipes which made a loud noise ALL NIGHT. There was a basketball tournament in town so children played in the hallways all night. The breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were brown, the potatoes were hard and unflavorful. I dont know if the facility is under new management or if it needs to be, but never again.

The room was big and the bed was comfy. The lighting in the room was terrible. There was mold in the shower and the water pressure was not good. Lastly, they were nice to give us two additional blankets, which we needed because the king size bed did not have enough of a blanket for comfort while sleeping.

I spoke to the front desk and she took notes of issues in the room. Bathroom mirror light would strobe after being on for a few minutes. Blood or hair dye on the wall next to towels. Laminate finish peeling off bathroom sink. Two bedroom lights did not work(found switches, lights burned out). Freezer needs deep cleaned, red fruit juice?

We booked with this hotel, although i meant to book the same hotel down the road, and this was within 5 mins of bookking , i called hotel immediately and they said call expedia because thats how i booked otherwise they had to charge me a 72$ cancelation fee, expedia claimed they will refund if hotel agrees, which 2 mins later they say they wont transfer to the same hotel but at the proper location about 25 miles away, which i just think this is such bad businee for a chain as large as LaQuita
