Dirty adult diapers in the room, no towels and rags upon arrival. Trash in the trash can. Mot once did they try to make it right, they simply just come and got the diapers out. And we waited til later to get towels and rags

Room was great. Loved the key activated elevator. It made me feel a bit safer. They were very accommodating of my 2 year old who was actually diagnosed with Autism on this trip. Staff was great. Only suggestion is pay for parking in person instead of on here. It's about $11 cheaper at the hotel.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hallways were presentable. The breakfast was highly processed foods that had cooled off, and the pancakes were rubbery and cold. I did NOT like the surprise of having to pay to park, Hotels.com should notify customers that parking is not free. Just stating that parking is available is not enough information without the fees mentioned.
