Welcome to Historic Crescent Hill and Frankfort avenue. This 1900 Home is situated next door to a historic house & park and offers Old world charm with updated amenities. The home has undergone a complete renovation over the last year and ready to host you and your group. The home is a non-smoking non-pet home and very clean! The home is perfect for entertaining and is one block away from excellent restaurants and shopping on Frankfort avenue.

Since Derby is such a big event for our community and most people plan their lodging well in advance - this reservation is non-refundable after 3 months prior to the first day of the reservation.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Awesome Property for Business and Fun

The property was an excellent venue to host business meetings. The common areas were amazing. The outdoor covered area was an excellent area to host 12+ people. The parking can be a bit of an issue Overall highly reccomend!
