The room was extremely clean, fresh, and well-arranged. The property is very nice and we had a blast downstairs watching the basketball game, getting some food, playing some games, and having a few drinks. We will definitely be booking again soon!

Staff was very good. Super friendly! When we walked in the room it was 75 degrees. That’s is way to hot. I had to call the front desk twice to let them know I needed the temp changed. The room was very clean. Smelled good through out the hotel. The casino was ok until you entered the the smoking section. The heat in that room was so hot we couldn’t even stay in it for more than 5 minutes. The restaurant was good inside the hotel. The overall experience was ok. I feel like the hotel is geared more towards elderly people.

The room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Would like to see makeup remover towel and wipes like they have at the Oak Grove facility. Staff at check out was polite and quick. The staff for the bars could use a little help. Seen a lot standing around and did not seem to be in any hurry to serve unless you were a regular. Need to have more staff behind the bars.

I have stay here often. Never really had any issues other than AC not working a few times. This week my stay was terrible. One side of bed looked like a 3000 pound piece of concrete was on it. Not sure how house keeping or management didn't noticed it. Very obvious. Pillows felt hard like couch cushions with a pillow cover over them. Couldn't sleep first night of stay so second night I went to Costco and bought a pillow to use. Was putting some stuff in safe. Looked down and seen 2 roaches running across the floor. I am in Louisville often on business. This will be my last time staying here.
