The email question states "Did you like the breakfast at Cambria Hotel Louisville Downtown-Whiskey Row?". No breakfast was served. Room was fine. Had to get a replacement fridge upon arrival as it didn't work. The front desk attendant upon arrival was not welcoming nor very friendly. She checked us in - that's about all I can say about her service.

The staff was excellent and the cleanliness of the rooms was top tier. However, the beds were terribly uncomfortable. We didn’t get much sleep because of how uncomfortable they are. The refrigerator in our room did not work. The “breakfast bar” downstairs was very overpriced and the food was subpar. You’d have a much better experience walking across the street to Wild Eggs. Lastly, the parking garage is $22 per day and there aren’t enough spaces for all hotel guests, so you may end up paying for a day you didn’t even get to park in there.

Clean room, great staff, beautiful lobby. The Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom was a cool feature. The only negative I have is the very limited hotel parking - because of this we had to find street parking.
