The staff that told me that it was wheelchair accessible was very nasty. Also the next day staff in the morning was very nasty with a bad attitude and really treating me bad as an amputee in a wheelchair as if it was my fault after booking that I was not supposed to be there and it cannot help me as a person to wheelchair I was homeless

Climate was fine but TV did not work. Had to keep getting keys reprogrammed, hard to open door, no chair for desk, not enough outlets, WIFI hardly there, and no trashcan.

We stopped by for the duration of the festival. The price was overpriced by 2.5 times, there was no choice of room. There were 4 of us in two rooms. One room was equipped with a refrigerator, the second one was not, there were no microwaves. I asked for a microwave oven - they put it for the morning only. A friend asked for a refrigerator for three days, but they never got it. The windows don't close (there are cracks because of the skew) they smoke all the time and shout under your window, it's scary to go out and say something. There are always beggars on the territory. There are unpleasant smells from very old furniture in the room. The beds are not comfortable.

Never again!

Hotels.com screws up and we never got the room I reserved and paid for and we were almost stranded in Louisville in the middle of the night! I had to pay $800 for another room 20 minutes farther!

This motel is far from fancy, but it was perfect for our needs. Convenient to the activities we came to Louisville to do. The rooms were large and roomy. The beds were comfortable and the price was right. It was hot and the air conditioning worked well. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
