Unfortunately, this stay did not meet reasonable expectations. The unit had multiple condition issues, and several amenities were broken, damaged, missing, or not properly installed. I documented the problems during the stay and reported them shortly after arrival. TV broken and not installed, couch was broken, cigarette burn holes on the couch, dented fridge from someone punching it, no broom / dust pan / vacuum, no toilet paper other than what was on the role (I was there several nights). Heating elements on the stove were unattached, dishwasher not secured to the cabs.The most frustrating part was the lack of timely follow-up. Management discussed the possibility of relocating me, which acknowledged the seriousness of the issues, but then failed to follow through while that was still practical. Several days passed without meaningful communication, and by the time they re-engaged, it was no longer realistic to pack up and move in the middle of a 9-day stay while working.Aside from removal of a damaged TV, the other concerns remained unresolved during the stay. Communication was poor both during and after the reservation, and I ultimately had to involve VRBO directly to get any meaningful response.Overall, the condition of the unit and the lack of timely resolution did not match the standard represented in the listing. I would strongly recommend that future guests confirm the current condition of the property and the status of all advertised amenities before booking.
