This 800 sq feet upstairs apartment of a duplex features a small full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for 2, 1 full bathroom with large step-in shower, a large bedroom area with a medium firm queen bed, a couch/sofa bed, and High speed internet and a Smart TV. Washer/dryer available. Premium bedding, linens, and towels. There is a staircase with 17 steps leading up to the apartment. There is a large back yard with a nice patio area with seating, gas grill and private parking in the back and free on street parking in the front.
Because of our close proximity to Louisville’s vibrant nightlife, the eclectic dining scene & shopping it’s no wonder visitors flock here to get a taste of something amazing! Cozy and Comfortable

The space was just as described with all of the amenities you could need during your stay. Such a cute spot in an up and coming neighborhood! Its close to many restaurants and entertainment venues (check out Morning Fork on Frankfort Ave - you wont be disappointed!). Karen was very communicative and genuinely wants to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Clean, quiet and cute!!

This was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Louisville for our daughters volleyball tournament. We weren't there much due to long days the gym, but it was so nice to come back to a quiet and clean place. It had everything needed and more! Cute, Cozy, and Clean

I stayed for one night with my sister and it was a very pleasant stay! Parking and getting in was easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was super close to the venue. The bed is super comfortable and the space has everything needed to make yourself at home. This is the place to stay in Louisville!

Louisville cozy apartment/double.

Beautiful place in a great location

Enjoyed our stay. Great location, very clean and roomy place for 2-3 people. Easy check in and check out. No issues at all. The dive bar down the street, Seidenfaden’s, was awesome! Friendly people and great drinks. Will definitely be back again!

Beautiful studio

The apartment is cozy and beautiful and also functional. We enjoyed the picturesque neighborhood, its coffee shops and restaurants. Downtown Louisville is very close; a few minutes by car.

Nice neighborhood with a great dive bar! Comfy bed. Looks just like the pictures. Had the pleasure of meeting Ken on the way out. Nice guy with lots of Louisville information! Plenty of space for comfort. Recommend!

Great place for some R&R

We drove and had an event to attend at the Yum Center and Galt House hotel. It was about a 10 minute drive and parking downtown isn’t too expensive. A couple nice places to check out in the neighborhood. Recommend checking the VRBO app WHEN YOU ARRIVE for your checkin information. The information we received by email a few days before arriving to open the key box was not the same as the information that ended up opening the box. That was the only little glitch in our stay. We were comfortable there and would stay there again if back in town.

Comfy beds and close to the Louisville Slugger Museum

We are here with my 15 year old for the National Archery competition. It was peaceful and restful. Just what we needed after a long day of traveling. We went to the museum before the competition. Karen and Ken are quietly available. The space was just as pictured. Even larger than I initially thought.

Perfect Apartment in Louisville
