This property is located on La Laguna, south of Los Llanos de Aridane, south east of Tazacorte.

The partially covered patio is furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue and is accessible from the lower house. The property has a garden with almond trees, a pomegranate tree and avocados (please do help yourself!).

The property consists of two small, cosy, typical Canary houses, only a few meters apart. In the upper house are the two both furnished with a double bed (two mattresses 0.90 m x 2.00 m), the spacious and modern bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, a sink, a washing machine and a toilet. One of the bedrooms has a typical Canary wooden roof. The other building, the lower house, houses the large living room with open plan kitchen, furnished with a large dining table, a sofa, a satellite television and a stereo. A circular arch and a service hatch partially separate the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, a dishwasher, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a coffee maker. This house also has a wooden roof, giving it a cosy atmosphere. The house also offers wireless internet access.

The closest shopping facilities are about 2 kilometres from the house. It is about 5 km to the beach and the ocean and one kilometre to public transport.

1 keukendoek en theedoek voor 14 dagen heel weinig. Andere handdoeken genoeg. Graag extra spiegel op de slaapkamer vooral als je met meerderen bent. Magnetron zou ook welkom zijn
