First and foremost the pictures shared on websites are not the same as place looks great in the websites which is not the case when you arrive. Rooms are very small and do not include a mini coffee maker as in the websites. Coffee is not available unless you get from buffet but you can not take to your room. The property only has 2 places to eat, one being the buffet which is horrible as it could offer better choices of food also the staff walk circles around each other while the others chit chat in corners. It takes forever to get anything from them and most of the time they forget to go back to you. The other place to eat requires reservations which there is a limit if 20 reservation's per night. Ridiculous number for a resort, poor management. Let’s not forget that the buffet converts into a deli/snack bar at night however there is nothing about it that makes it a deli/snack bar as it is simply a few things that were left overs from the buffet. The staff in the lobby is useless they treat you as if they are doing you a favor by checking you in or out and tell you nothing about the place. Gift shop is nearly empty almost pointless to have. This place needs some serious management restructuring and training.
