This resort was disappointing to say the least. 3 star at best, if you have the means to pay for the “Reserve” just book another resort instead. The first thing they did after we checked in was give us a “concierge” who wasn’t helpful in any other way than to try to upsell us on packages and add-ons. After getting into our room, we realized we didn’t have an ocean view as we had paid. A side note- my friends who had a garden view said they saw dirty diapers (pictures to prove) from their balcony on the ground, concerning since this is an adults only resort. There was also no alarm clock/bluetooth speaker in the initial room, when we inquired they said they don’t have them. We asked for a bottle of tequila for the room to sip on, they said they don’t do that and we can only have 2 drinks at a time sent up. The next day we had an event to go to around 5pm, we come back and our room has not been cleaned/serviced. The next day I spoke to the manager about everything that had occurred he was kind but also made a lot of excuses for the staff. He was able to upgrade us to a better view and reserve package. When we got to the new room there was a Bluetooth speaker and a bottle of tequila. If they could, why didn’t they in the first place? The resort is dirty and staff is not trained for a 5 star resort in my view. The food is mostly meh and there aren’t many options. There were a few more issues, but just take my word for it, Cabo is beautiful and you can do better.
