Room Safety - while this may have been one off, but on the second night we woke up to load music in the middle of the night and to make the matters worse we heard loud banging on the door and someone trying to open it; initially we thought it was someone mistakenly trying to enter wrong room and walked to the door to tell them that, but then realized it was coming from the connecting room and inspite to yelling out they continued trying to break through the door. Front lobby was not much help, took forever to get someone to go talk to the folks in next room and a response that they cannot control all guest behaviour was not what we were looking for. We shared our night experience with Staff at Expedia desk next morning and they were super nice and helpful in trying to address our concern and actually helpful with everything during our stay (before and after the incident)

I was impressed with the service, cleanliness and amenities at the hotel. We ate at the restaurant at the bar on two occasions, and it was pleasant with a nice view. All the staff were friendly. We used the spa and that was also very nice and relaxing.

The food was fabulous! The staff courteous, kind, friendly! Our activities coordinators, Angel, Urial, and Sebastion were enthusiastic, fun and friendly! Our waiter by the pool, Ismael, was always smiling, attentive and kind! Our waiter in the restaurant with the buffet, Victor, made my mornings with his cheery smile! The rooms were not very clean. There was something sticky on the floor that stayed there for the whole time we had the room. The whole hotel needs repairs, it has seen better times. However, it was not horrible. Overall, my friend and I had a fantastic time!

The restraunts have too many restrictions. Breakfast is over too early at 10:30 am. That is before anyone is up the time says 11 but they will tell you it’s over at 10:30. You are there to vacation not be on a scheduled sleep. The main restraunts are not open until 1. Overall you don’t have access to food on a regular basis. They need to fix that especially when the food is not that good. Upon arrival to my original room I had bed bugs and had to be moved to a new room. Staff is friendly nice the hotel is just not a good choice for me.

Horrible customer service. The property manager showed no regards to customers. Requested i purchase another room and refused to refund me for a double-charge with the same date/booking. Our room was half cleaned and because the hotel did not a toilet plunger to fix the toilet. We had to change rooms, not once, but twice. The food was bad and the drinks were completely watered down.

This property is marketed as an all-inclusive resort, but it does not provide room service unless an additional fee is paid. The food quality was subpar. The restaurants had limited hours of operation, and the poolside snack bar offered unimpressive options. However, the fish tacos were a notable exception. Unfortunately, the Asian restaurant's offerings were not worthwhile, and I experienced adverse effects after dining there.
