We loved Club Regina

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Club Regina. The panoramic view of the ocean is magnificent, and in February there are hundreds of whales to watch right out the room window!! The property is built into a cliff so you can enjoy the view everywhere you go. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Everything about this resort is wonderful… the restaurants, the 2 beaches, the 4 pools, but I think what I liked the best was the low key relaxed atmosphere and beautiful layout of the hotel. I felt like I was on another planet! This resort is not in town so my only complaint is that there is no shuttle to and from Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo, the two main towns in Los Cabos. We used Uber to get around. We would definitely go back again!!

The units are looking a bit worn. Cockrock in room. Unit location was probably the least desirable in property. Tried 3 times to move but were told not possible. The 4 other times we have stayed at Club Regina we had no problem obtaining a unit in C building

This was a wonderful hotel. The views were fantastic-saw whales all day, everyday from our room. The hotel has different levels, which may be challenging for some, although they have golf carts to take you from place to place. The main complaint was that the main restaurant was Italian. As Americans, when in Mexico, we want authentic Mexican food. The pool restaurant (open until 6:00) did have a good selection of Mexican food, so we ate there a lot. Each bar has a happy hour beginning at 1:00, for the first bar and ending at 7:00 for the last bar, so it’s easy to get 2 for 1 drinks by visiting each bar. All in all, we had a wonderful week at Club Regina.

Great Staff, Rude Guests

Overall, the staff at Club Regina make sure to go above and beyond to ensure their guests feel welcome and comfortable. The beach on site is absolutely gorgeous and serene. I wouldn’t recommend swimming though as the waves in the area are pretty aggressive. Prices for the mini bar as well as the quality of food at the restaurant on site was the only downside for our experience. Their prices were simply not reasonable for the portion and quality of food provided. The only other downside was that some of the guests carried themselves with arrogance and entitlement. I overhead a guest yelling at one of the staff members onsite who was clearly intoxicated and his behavior was simply put, racist. The staff member was beyond patient with this individual and met him where he was at. The chauffeurs were also quite expeditious when you would call for a pickup from the room. Overall, the staff was exquisite, other guests were rude, and the food was mediocre.

While the staff was amazing and the location is beautiful it's a tad run down as far as the rooms are concerned. Our room was huge but not as clean in the bathroom as I like. That’s said the staff was fantastic, helpful, kind and attentive. We had a wonderful time.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Super easy to uber to and from San Jose and Cabo San Lucas. I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for good food and drinks, and spa. Above average hotel food but some things were very mid. Prices were average for a hotel/resort. I’d recommend getting the all inclusive package

I love the location. This property has an incredible view and 2 beautiful private beaches. Best sunrise! I enjoyed the spacious room and being able to cook in the kitchen. The entire property is very clean. It is an older property but very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
